Twenty of
our volunteers attended to the 25th annual San Francisco Aids
Walk event and walked among 25,000 humanitarians in support of
Aids research. The demonstration raised thousands of dollars
in a magnificent show of solidarity, diversity, and support for
those who suffer with this human challenge that has taken so
many love ones. It was also a demonstration of what can be done
when people of different races, genders and ages get together
with a common goal; a beautiful example of how when human beings
become color blind they can see so much more.
Our diverse
team of volunteers appreciated the meaning and purpose of AIDS
Walk and became quite excited and optimistic of what is possible
when people put differences aside.
Congratulations
to Team UNA SF!
